Shipping Methods:

We offer the following shipping methods for your convenience:

1. Express Shipping: Our fastest delivery option, you can opt for our express shipping option, which typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. 

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1 business days after payment has been confirmed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Time:

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected:

- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier issues.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are a flat rate of $30. This includes your express delivery label and satchel, return label and satchel. 

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery online.

Missing or Delayed Shipments:

If your order is delayed or has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible. The Designer Hire is not liable for AUS post delays or misplaced garments. 

Change of Address:

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

The Designer Hire is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us and the shipping carrier to file a claim.
